Elizabeth Muir

Associate attorney

Elizabeth joined the Law Office of Erin M. Wilson, LLC as an associate attorney in November 2024. Elizabeth received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. During this time, she gained legal experience interning for a criminal defense law firm, and later as a legal assistant for a transactional law firm.

Elizabeth went on to receive her Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School where she focused on family law and mediation. She worked as a law clerk at one of the largest family law firms in Chicago, gaining extensive experience dealing with high profile and high net worth clients such as sports figures, celebrities and other professionals.

Additionally, Elizabeth has been a certified divorce mediator through Northwestern University since 2017, and a volunteer mediator across Cook County courts through the Center for Conflict Resolution (CCR).

Elizabeth enjoys spending time as a co-parent to her dog Marbles and going to see live music.
